Grief after pregnancy loss doesn't follow a schedule. Neither does the support you need.
That's why I offer four different ways to access coaching with me, from free community connection to a fully personalised nine-week programme.
You can start wherever feels manageable.
Free Facebook Community: The lowest-commitment place to begin
Sometimes the most important thing is simply knowing you're not alone.
My free Facebook community is a safe, moderated space for people who have experienced miscarriage or pregnancy loss. It's a place to connect with others who understand, access free resources, and take a breath before deciding what's next.
This is for you if:
You're not ready for structured support yet
You want a connection without commitment
You want to see my approach before taking the next step
Cost: Free
Group Coaching Programme: Structured support, shared experience
My group programme brings together a small number of people, never more than five, to move through the adapted GROWTH framework together.
There is something uniquely powerful about being in a room (or a virtual space) with others who genuinely understand. The group format allows you to move through structured stages of grief support while feeling held by people who are walking a similar path.
The programme follows my GROWTH framework: Grounding → Reflecting → Organising → Widening → Translating → Horizons
Each stage has been designed specifically for pregnancy loss, drawing on nervous system regulation, trauma-informed practice, and self-compassion. This is structured work, not a support group. You will move through something with clear shape and direction.
This is for you if:
You want structured support but aren't ready for 1-to-1 work
You find comfort and strength in shared experience
You want professional coaching within a community setting
Group size: Maximum 5
Format: Online, Structured cohorts with start dates throughout the year
1-to-1 Nine-Week Coaching Programme Fully personal. Entirely yours.
This is one of my most comprehensive offerings, a bespoke nine-week coaching journey built entirely around your experience, your relationship, and your pace.
Using the adapted GROWTH framework as its foundation, the programme is shaped by what you are carrying, not a generic template. Each session builds on the last, moving through:
G — Grounding: Creating safety, reducing shame, understanding your grief responses
R — Reflecting: Making sense of your experience, identity shifts, how grief lives in the body
O — Organising: Making the overwhelm feel less chaotic, rebuilding small routines
W — Widening: Allowing hope without forcing positivity, reconnecting with yourself
T — Translating: Emotional regulation, compassionate self-talk, navigating relationships
H — Horizons: Rebuilding gently, permission to begin again
The overall journey follows a simple, honest arc: Hold → Understand → Regulate → Reconnect → Begin Again
This programme is available online to clients worldwide.
This is for you if:
You want dedicated, personal support tailored to your specific experience
You and your partner are both struggling and you need space to work through that
You want a structured framework, not open-ended talking
You are ready to commit to nine weeks of focused work
Format: Online (UK-wide) or In-person (Lincolnshire) Duration: 9 weeks
A free, no-pressure discovery call with me, usually around 20–30 minutes.
This isn't a sales call. It's a conversation to help you understand what level of support might suit where you are right now. There is no obligation to book anything, and I will be honest with you whether my support is right for you.
Why this programme is different
Many people who have experienced miscarriage are offered counselling or pointed toward generic grief resources. Both can be valuable, but coaching offers something distinct.
My work is structured and forward-facing. It is built on a framework specifically adapted for pregnancy loss, and delivered by a coach with:
Master of NLP
Master of Coaching
Level 2 Counselling
Counselling Diploma
CBT Diploma
ADHD Coach
Neuroscience Coach
Positive Psychology certification
Integrative Functional Medicine Certification
Currently progressing toward ICF (International Coaching Federation) accreditation
This means you benefit from both the emotional depth of counselling-informed training and the structured, empowering forward momentum of professional coaching.
Important: My coaching is not a clinical mental health service. If you are currently experiencing severe depression, suicidal thoughts, or PTSD symptoms, please speak to your GP. I am happy to talk through whether my support is right for you on a discovery call.
Crisis support: Samaritans 116 123 (free, 24/7) | sands.org.uk
You don't have to know what you need yet.
Just start with a conversation.
"We are not trying to get everything right. We are learning how to understand ourselves well enough to move forward."
The free Facebook community is a gentle starting point — a space where you can simply be, without needing to do anything or say anything before you're ready.
Many people find their way into deeper support from here. Others stay in the community and find that's exactly what they need. Both are completely fine.
This is a space for anyone who has experienced miscarriage or baby loss and needs understanding, connection, and the reassurance that they are not alone.
Ready to take the first step?
You don't have to have the words for this yet. You don't have to know what you need. A discovery call is simply a conversation; no commitment, no pressure.
