Not sure where to start?

Begin here.

A free, no-pressure discovery call with me, usually around 20–30 minutes.

This isn't a sales call. It's a conversation to help you understand what level of support might suit where you are right now. There is no obligation to book anything, and I will be honest with you whether my support is right for you.

  • Why this programme is different

Many people who have experienced miscarriage are offered counselling or pointed toward generic grief resources. Both can be valuable, but coaching offers something distinct.

  • My coaching is grounded in the Three Principles of Mind, Consciousness and Thought, as shared by Sydney Banks. It's a simple but profound understanding: that our moment-to-moment experience is created from the inside out, through Thought, brought to life by Consciousness, and powered by the deeper intelligence of Mind. It offers a way forward that doesn't ask you to relive, analyse, or "fix" your pain because you are not broken. Beneath the grief, the fear, and the noise, your natural well-being, clarity, and resilience are already there, waiting to be uncovered.

  • Alongside this, I bring over twenty years as a teacher and educator, a background in Biotechnology and a Master's in Teaching and Leadership, and qualifications across NLP, coaching, counselling, CBT, ADHD coaching, neuroscience coaching and positive psychology. I'm currently working toward ICF accreditation.

  • What that really means: I bring both rigour and heart. No judgement, no timelines, and no pressure to be anywhere other than where you are. Just a quiet, honest space to remember who you already are, underneath everything you're carrying.

  • Important: My coaching is not a clinical mental health service. If you are currently experiencing severe depression, suicidal thoughts, or PTSD symptoms, please speak to your GP. I am happy to talk through whether my support is right for you on a discovery call.

  • Crisis support: Samaritans 116 123 (free, 24/7) | sands.org.uk

You don't have to know what you need yet.

    Just start with a conversation.

You don't need to be
ready to begin

"We are not trying to get everything right. We are learning how to understand ourselves well enough to move forward."

The free Facebook community is a gentle starting point — a space where you can simply be, without needing to do anything or say anything before you're ready.

Many people find their way into deeper support from here. Others stay in the community and find that's exactly what they need. Both are completely fine.

This is a space for anyone who has experienced miscarriage or baby loss and needs understanding, connection, and the reassurance that they are not alone.

Ready to take the first step?

You don't have to have the words for this yet. You don't have to know what you need. A discovery call is simply a conversation; no commitment, no pressure.
